4. Reservations and Bookings

Confirmation: All reservations made through this Website or via telephone are subject to availability. A reservation is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from us (by email or other electronic communication). We reserve the right to decline any reservation at our discretion.

No-show policy: If you fail to arrive for a confirmed reservation without prior notice, we reserve the right to apply a no-show charge. Details of any applicable charges will be communicated at the time of booking. We may also take no-show history into account when accepting future reservations.

Service charge: A discretionary service charge of 12.5% is added to all bills. This charge is entirely optional and may be removed at your request. In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, this charge will be clearly indicated on your bill before payment is taken.

Consumer rights: Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these Terms. Where our services do not meet the standards required by law, you are entitled to the remedies set out in that Act.

5. Age Restriction

In compliance with the Licensing Act 2003, you must be aged 18 or over to purchase or consume alcohol on our premises or to order alcohol through any service we provide.

We operate a Challenge 25 policy. If you appear to be under the age of 25, you will be asked to provide valid photographic identification proving that you are aged 18 or over before being served alcohol. Acceptable forms of identification include:

  • A valid passport
  • A UK driving licence (full or provisional) bearing a photograph
  • A PASS-accredited proof-of-age card
  • A military identification card

We reserve the right to refuse service to any person who cannot provide satisfactory proof of age or who we reasonably believe to be purchasing alcohol on behalf of a person under 18.

6. Pricing

All prices displayed on this Website and at our premises are quoted in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT at the current applicable rate, unless otherwise stated.

A discretionary service charge of 12.5% is added to all bills at Qibo Skybar. This service charge is not mandatory and may be removed at your request. Any service charge collected is distributed in accordance with applicable employment law and our internal tipping policy.

7. Conduct on Premises

We are committed to maintaining a safe, enjoyable, and sophisticated atmosphere for all guests. By entering and remaining on our premises, you agree to abide by the following conditions:

Dress code: Qibo Skybar operates a smart dress code. We kindly ask all guests to dress in a manner appropriate to our venue. Management reserves the right to determine what constitutes appropriate attire and to refuse entry to guests who do not meet our dress code standards.

Right to refuse entry or service: Management reserves the absolute right to refuse entry to, or to remove from the premises, any person whose behaviour is deemed to be disorderly, threatening, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate. This includes, but is not limited to, persons who appear to be intoxicated or under the influence of illegal substances.

Responsible service of alcohol: In accordance with the Licensing Act 2003, we will not serve alcohol to any person who appears to be drunk. Our staff are trained to monitor alcohol consumption and to intervene where necessary to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all guests.

Damage and liability: Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to our premises, furniture, equipment, or other property. We reserve the right to recover the cost of any such damage from the responsible individual(s).
